there's a nephrology convention happening thing going on at Edsa Shang and one of the rooms is decorated as this. its funny but also a bit fucked up

a rose something mocha or latte.. from Dezaato Pan Cafe in QC
a bit of a girly coffee but tastes good.. smells like roses and tastes like what roses smell like..
